This qualification is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, positive attitude and work
values of the learner in accordance with the prevailing standards in the Technical and Vocational
Education and Training (TVET) sector. This encompasses competencies required of a Technical–
Vocational Trainer to perform the tasks in the areas of instructional delivery/ facilitation,
competency assessment, and maintenance of training resources / facilities.
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and attitude in
bread and pastry production to prepare and present desserts; prepare and
display petit fours in accordance with industry standards. It covers the basic,
common, and core competencies.
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and desirable work
attitude of a
draftsman
or CAD operator
. It covers the basic, common, core and
elective competencies i.e. prepare architectural, structural, electrical and electronic,
plumbing and
sanitary, and mechanical layouts and details using both CAD system
and manual drawing methods.
The CONTACT TRACING LEVEL II consists of knowledge, competencies and the attitude that a person must achieve to conduct case investigation and contact identification,
conduct profiling of contacts and follow-up, conduct referral to the health facility, quarantine
facility and other relevant agencies, conduct health education programs, perform data
recording and reporting, and conduct monitoring and surveillance.
